Yi Xu

Yi Xu has extensive experience in project management and process optimization, currently serving in the Project Management Office for the Strategic Capital Investment Program at 科思创 since May 2017. Responsibilities include venture management, driving feasibility studies, and developing business cases for APAC projects. Prior experience at Bayer involved optimizing processes and establishing knowledge management between German and Chinese facilities, achieving a significant reduction in alarm numbers. Yi Xu also participated in Bayer's International Trainee Program and completed a Master Thesis focused on semiconductor nanocrystals. Educational background includes an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master's degree in Materials and Nanotechnology from Chalmers University of Technology, supplemented by executive education in finance.
