John Holmes

John Holmes is a Senior Software Engineer currently employed at Covet Health since January 2025. Previously, John held various roles at Kumanu from April 2016 to December 2024, including Senior Software Engineer and Data Engineer, focusing on data analytics, reporting, visualization, and back-end development with technologies such as Python, NodeJS, and AWS. Additionally, John contributed to front-end mobile development for iOS, Android, and Flutter applications, and gained experience as a Quality Assurance Intern performing manual testing and maintaining automated testing systems. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Human Sensorimotor Laboratory at the University of Michigan, where John investigated cognitive decline through Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan between 2012 and 2017.
