Ninad Bandewar

Ninad Bandewar is a sustainability consultant and building technology researcher currently working at Cove, where responsibilities include executing energy modeling and LEED EA credit documentation for a variety of project types. Previously served as a sustainability and building technology analyst, developing a workflow for embodied carbon analysis and improving data retrieval efficiency through an internal database. Ninad also has experience as a graduate teaching assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to sustainability-focused educational strategies. Earlier career as an architectural designer at Total Environment Building Systems involved the creation of an interactive 3D kitchen planner, enhancing project efficiency. Ninad holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
