Andrea Desmarais

Andrea Desmarais has extensive work experience in product management and customer support roles. Andrea is currently working at Covetrus as the Senior Director of Product Management. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Prescription Management Platform at Covetrus. Before joining Covetrus, Andrea worked at IDEXX for several years. Andrea held positions such as Product Manager III for IDEXX VetConnect PLUS and Product Manager for IDEXX Laboratories Reference Laboratory Integration. Andrea also worked as a Marketing Business Analyst and Customer Support Trainer at IDEXX. Andrea has a strong background in product strategy, roadmap development, and training delivery.

Andrea Desmarais graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Development. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years, including the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from Covetrus in 2020, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from IDEXX in 2017, the Pragmatic Marketing Certified Level III from Pragmatic Marketing in 2014, the MAGIC Coach Certification from Communico in 2012, the MAGIC Certified Trainer from Communico in 2010, and the ASTD Trainer Certification from the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) in 2010.
