Ben Garrison

Ben Garrison serves as the Director of Benefits at Covetrus since November 2020, overseeing employee benefit plans, global mobility, and time off programs while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance. Previously, Garrison was the Director of Retirement Benefits at L Brands from 2005 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing 401(k) and deferred compensation plans as well as budgeting and fiduciary duties. Earlier roles included VP of Benefits Accounting and Financial Reporting at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Benefits Finance and Accounting Manager at Bank One Corporation, where extensive experience in benefits accounting and financial analysis was developed. Garrison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Cedarville University.
