Nicolette Jackson

Nicolette Jackson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Business Partner for Covetrus, Nicolette has contributed to the company's mission of empowering veterinary practices since 2025. Previously, as Head of Talent at Zephyr, Nicolette built the foundational people infrastructure for the home services platform and was a key member of the Senior Leadership team. Additional roles include Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Orchard, where Nicolette led a recruiting team, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Hippo Insurance, where processes for hiring across multiple functions were established.
