Bill Siegel

Bill Siegel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. In 2002, they began their career as Vice President of Equity Research at MD Sass. In 2006, they moved to SAC Capital as an Analyst. In 2008, they became SVP Corporate Finance at The Receivables Exchange. In 2011, they assumed the role of CEO at SecondMarket, overseeing a market pivot and complete product rewrite before the company was sold to NASDAQ. Bill also served as VP Operations at SecondMarket and Advisory Board Member at DashLocker. In 2015, they became Head of NASDAQ Private Market. In 2016, they moved to SecurityScorecard as CFO. In 2018, they became CEO & Co-Founder of Coveware, a company that helps businesses remediate ransomware.

Bill Siegel attended Sidwell Friends School from 1994 to 1998. Bill then went on to the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they obtained a BBA in Finance from 1998 to 2002.
