Frank Luciani

Frank Luciani currently serves as the Regional Manager of Terminal Operations at Covia since May 2023. Previously, Luciani held the position of Senior Bulk Station Manager at Primient from March 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Luciani worked at Tate & Lyle for 25 years, where roles included Senior Bulk Station Manager and positions in loading, warehousing, and logistics. Luciani's career began in pharmacology at Temple Hospital from June 1996 to September 1998. Luciani earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from Beaver College, attending from 1991 to 1995.
