Keith Feicks

Keith Feicks is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Covia since June 2018, Keith previously held the position of Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at the same company. Prior roles include Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits at Fairmount Santrol and Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at OM Group, where Keith directed global total rewards strategy and managed a multi-million dollar benefits spend. Additionally, Keith has held leadership positions at Moen Incorporated and The Sherwin-Williams Company, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits programs for large employee bases.
