Marcus Polancic

Marcus Polancic currently serves as Operations Manager at Covia since October 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Plant Manager at Technisand since December 2021. Previously, Marcus worked as a Maintenance Planner at Green Thumb Industries from August 2020 to January 2022 and spent over a decade as Production Superintendent at Technisand Wedron from March 2008 to August 2020. Marcus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 2004 and 2007.
