Justin Fehr

Justin Fehr has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Justin currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Coviance, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at the same company from April 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining Coviance, Justin served as a Software Engineering Consultant at Source Allies Inc. from January 2018 to April 2022. In this role, they worked with various companies, including a Major Financial Services Company, a Major Bio-Engineering Company, and a Major Large Machinery Manufacturer. Justin contributed to projects such as managing company-wide AWS infrastructure, designing data connection APIs, converting Python 2 Lambdas to Python 3, introducing AWS-based architecture patterns, building microservices, and implementing global price management systems.

Prior to that, Justin gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Microsoft in 2017, a Product Engineering Intern at Micron Technology in 2016, and an Embedded Systems Co-Op at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. in 2015.

Justin's professional journey began in 2014 when they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Workiva. In this role, they designed automated regression tests, developed test plans, managed QA processes, and oversaw a major feature release.

Justin Fehr attended Iowa State University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering.
