Brian Bieluch

Brian Bieluch is a seasoned attorney at Covington & Burling LLP, serving as Partner and Vice Chair of the Patent Litigation Group since November 2004. Bieluch leads intellectual property disputes for clients in the electronics, smartphone, semiconductor, and display technology sectors, while also providing strategic counsel on IP disputes, transactional issues, and licensing matters. Prior experience includes positions as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Third Circuit, as well as roles as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Bieluch holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, earned in May 2003.
