Kathrine Gutierrez

Kathrine Gutierrez is an experienced corporate attorney specializing in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. Currently serving as an Associate at Covington & Burling LLP since February 2023, Gutierrez previously held positions at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Milbank LLP, focusing on business restructuring and reorganization, as well as financial restructuring. Additionally, Gutierrez gained invaluable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Gutierrez received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2018, complementing an early role as a Junior Fellow at the Library of Congress in 2006.
