Kerry Burke

Kerry Burke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities and capital markets. Currently a partner at Covington & Burling LLP since November 2002, Kerry also serves as the vice chair of the corporate group. Previous experience includes positions as an associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 2001 to 2002 and at Hale and Dorr LLP from 1998 to 2000. Kerry holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2001, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Boston University School of Law, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, earned in 1995.
