Kevin Otero

Kevin Otero is a seasoned tax law professional currently serving as a Partner in the Tax practice at Covington & Burling LLP since February 2019. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Principal of Insourced Solutions for Tax at PwC from April 2017 to December 2018, specializing in Tax Risk Management and Tax Controversy & Litigation Support. Kevin's extensive experience in tax law also includes serving as Senior Tax Counsel at GE from June 2011 to April 2017, Counsel at Bingham McCutchen from August 2007 to May 2011, and Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from October 2003 to March 2007. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
