Stefanie Cox

Stefanie Cox has over 27 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Covington International Travel since 2018, after progressing through the roles of Travel Agent and Assistant Operations Manager from 2001 to 2018. At Covington International Travel, Stefanie oversees the Corporate Department, managing a team of 17 employees and coordinating day-to-day operations, including agent scheduling and technical support. Stefanie collaborates with the IT department on productivity applications and works with the Account Management team to implement and maintain client accounts. Previously, Stefanie worked at Omega World Travel from 1996 to 2001 as a Corporate Travel Agent, where responsibilities included managing travel arrangements and processing corporate paperwork.
