Ayman Noaman

Ayman Noaman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial operations and business development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of European Business Operations at Covis Pharma, Ayman has full P&L responsibility and leads partner management and geographic expansion initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director at GSK, where Ayman drove the commercial integration of TESARO and coordinated multiple product launches across Europe. Ayman also held senior positions at TESARO Bio, Biogen, and Merz Pharmaceuticals, contributing to successful market entries, team leadership, and brand strategy execution across diverse regions. Ayman holds an MBA and a BBA in International Business from Goethe University Frankfurt.
