Alessandro Simoni

Alessandro Simoni is currently a Deep Learning and Computer Vision Engineer at Covision Lab since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alessandro served as a PhD Student and Research Fellow at AImageLab from May 2020 to April 2024. Alessandro began at AImageLab as a Student Intern for an MSc Thesis from July 2019 to February 2020. Academically, Alessandro holds a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies with a focus on Computer Engineering and Science from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, obtained in April 2024. Additionally, Alessandro earned an MSc in Computer Engineering, specializing in Intelligence Cyber Systems, in 2020 and a BSc in Computer Engineering in 2017 from the same institution. The educational journey started with a High School Diploma in Classical Studies from Classical High School "L.A. Muratori" in 2013.
