Eric Monsma

Eric Monsma, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of Change and Incident Management at Covius, a prominent provider of services to the financial sector, since January 2020. In this role, Eric has established a comprehensive change management workflow based on ITIL frameworks and oversees the Change Advisory Board meetings, ensuring compliance and success in deployment activities. Prior to Covius, Eric held a contract position as Senior Release Manager/Project Manager at Spectrum from January 2018 to January 2020, and previously spent over a decade at MediaNews Group, advancing from Director of IT Operations to Operations Support Team Manager. Eric's early career at Arrow Electronics spanned various roles supporting supply chain management and customer service. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Arapahoe Community College.
