Arush Dhawan

Arush Dhawan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Arush is currently a Co-Founder at Covvalent since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President at OneBanc Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from January 2021 to September 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Arush worked at Aon as the National Lead- Institutions. Before that, they were a Manager- Business Development & Project Management at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. from September 2016 to March 2018, where they formulated and implemented an organic growth strategy and led cross-functional teams to launch new products in the market.

Arush also has experience at SRF Limited where they held multiple roles. As a Lead Engineer/ Senior Engineer from April 2014 to September 2016, they built and led cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize projects for leading pharma companies. Arush also served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO from January 2013 to December 2014, where they were responsible for increasing output and revenue for the organization. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Executive-Process Design from July 2010 to December 2012, leading a team for the design and commissioning of a greenfield project.

Arush's early work experiences include an academic project at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from July 2009 to June 2010, a summer internship at UC Berkeley in 2009, and a summer internship at Defence Research & Development Organisation in 2008.

Arush Dhawan pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree with honours in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Following their undergraduate studies, Arush enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in General Management.
