Andrew Shreve is the Business Development Manager at Cow Palace. Andrew has been in this position for 3 years and 8 months, and is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and rental development programs. Andrew also reaches out to customer leads, identifies new markets and customer needs, and arranges business meetings with prospective clients. In addition, they assist with coordinating events and event productions, and manages all community outreach, social media outlets, and press releases.
Prior to their current position, Andrew was the Group Sales and Marketing Assistant at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management. In this role, they managed incoming customer inquiries, fulfilled ticket exchanges, executed daily outbound calls to maintain a client database, and marketed new season’s offers. Andrew was also responsible for inspecting the work product of fellow co-workers and working independently in their absence to meet deadlines.
Andrew is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the Cow Palace and Grand National Rodeo. Andrew is an aspiring CVP & CVE who is committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for all.
Andrew Shreve has a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of San Francisco in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in Sport Management. Andrew is also CPR/AED Certified from the American Red Cross and Trained Crowd Manager from the International Association of Venue Managers.

The Cow Palace is officially the 1-A District Agricultural Association, a State agency of the California Department of Food and Agriculture's Division of Fairs and Expositions. Their mission statement is to promote and showcase a variety of entertainment and events to serve the needs and reflect the cultural diversity of the community, conduct annually a unique event, The Grand National Livestock Expo, Horse Show, & Rodeo, and continue to encourage youth participation in the agricultural industry and to provide a well-managed, year round multi use facility for the use and enjoyment of the Bay Area and surrounding communities.
