Currently serving as Operations Manager at The Cow & Sow since October 2021, Tom previously held roles as Operations Manager and Senior General Manager at The OHH Pub Company, as well as General Manager positions at The Old Mill Bar and Kitchen and various Urban Pubs and Bars. Tom's expertise includes increasing turnover, managing refurbishments, and developing tailored business plans to enhance customer engagement. Earlier experience includes area management for Indigo Pub Company and gaining foundational skills at The Open House. Tom's educational background is from the University of Brighton.
