Joshua Sessler

Joshua Sessler has extensive experience in law and business operations, currently serving as COO and General Counsel at Bookshop.org since January 2021. Previously, Joshua has held the position of Partner at Cowan DeBaets Abrahams & Sheppard LLP since December 2009 and Of Counsel at Roberts Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields LLP from March 2008 to December 2009. Joshua co-founded Dragonfly and served as General Counsel from September 2004 to 2009. Additional experience includes roles as Associate at Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn and Hughes Hubbard & Reed, along with serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at First Light Communications. Educational qualifications include a JD from Brooklyn Law School, an MSW from Hunter College, and a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University.
