Erin Ketchum

Erin Ketchum has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruiting and marketing. Erin worked at Cowan Systems, LLC for six years, starting as a Driver Recruiter in June 2016 and progressing to Vice President of Recruiting & Retention in December 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions within the company, including Lead Driver Recruiter and Director of Driver Recruiting. Erin also coached defensive lacrosse at PRIDE Girls Lacrosse from July 2016 to July 2022. Erin started their career as a Marketing Intern at Insurance Consultants of Pittsburgh in May 2015.

Erin Ketchum completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2016.
