Kevin Reynolds

Kevin Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kevin began their career as a Supervisor, Patient Transportation at UHCC, where they focused on resolving issues, improving processes, and developing staff. Kevin also played an instrumental role in developing a Modular Emergency Medical system and designing a new process for oxygen tank distribution, resulting in significant cost reductions.

Kevin then moved on to the Army National Guard, serving as a Sgt. Medic 91W. During their time there, they directed medical treatment in the field, managed medical files, and received several awards and citations for their service.

After their military service, Kevin joined the University of Maryland Medical Center as a Manager, Patient Transportation. In this role, they oversaw the daily activities of 100 employees, optimized resource utilization, and established an internal maintenance department for the medical center's fleet.

Most recently, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Operations Support at Cowan Systems, LLC. Kevin successfully streamlined operations, developed drivers and management personnel, and executed financial analysis. Kevin also implemented procedures to reduce equipment damage and maintenance costs, negotiated freight rates, and evaluated billing processes.

Kevin Reynolds completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2001 to 2004. Kevin then pursued an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Cecil Community College from 2000 to 2004. Kevin later enrolled at Loyola University Maryland, where they completed the MBA Fellows Program from 2008 to 2011 to earn their Master of Business Administration degree. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Maryland, although the exact duration and field of study are not provided.
