Sam Sawires is an accomplished IT and information security professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT & Information Security at Cowbell since November 2022, Sam previously held the role of InfoSec Director at Lacework, focusing on security and compliance in cloud environments. Sam's background includes significant leadership positions at SYNQY Corporation as both an Advisor and VP of Operations, where responsibilities included managing technical operations, DevSecOps, QA, and release management. Additional roles include Sr. Director of Security Assurance and Director of Technical Operations at AppDynamics, and Sr. Manager of Internal Systems and Compliance at Zuora.
