Jayne Armstrong

Jayne Armstrong is an experienced bartender with a career spanning over a decade, currently working at Cowboy Jacks since April 2016. Prior bartending roles include positions at Hazeltine National Golf Club from September 2013 to December 2015 and Mystic Lake Casino Hotel from December 2012 to July 2013. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Systems Management with a focus on Renewable Energy Technology from the University of Minnesota, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2018. Additional educational experiences include attendance at Iowa State University in 2010-2011 and Winona State University from 2008 to 2010.
