James Cross

James Cross is a seasoned professional in product development and management with a strong focus on workforce solutions and learning technologies. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Speaksage, James is dedicated to enhancing manager effectiveness through AI solutions. Previously, James held the position of Fellow at Menlo Ventures and was Vice President of Workforce Products at Workday, where leadership of a 55-person team was pivotal in creating products for the extended workforce. Additional roles at Workday included Vice President of Product Strategy and Director of Learning Products, the latter of which involved leading the development of Workday's Learning Management System following the acquisition of MediaCore Technologies, a company co-founded by James that specialized in video learning. James earned a Bachelor of Music degree from The University of Sheffield.
