Eloise Martin has a diverse work experience history. Eloise started their career in 2012 as a Managing Assistant at Associates Hair, where they managed a team of stylists, handled bookings and appointments, and oversaw merchandise and product sales. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Health Education England, where they coordinated the recruitment process for medical trainees and managed expense claims. Eloise also served as an Assistant Italian teacher at St Georges School during that time.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at M&C Saatchi Public Relations, starting as an Intern and progressing to roles such as Junior Account Executive and Senior Account Executive. Currently, Eloise works at Cowboy as a Senior Brand & Partnerships Manager, a position they started in 2023.

Eloise Martin completed their education at three different institutions. Eloise attended The Westgate School in Winchester from 2008 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. After that, they enrolled at Peter Symonds College and graduated with a high school degree in 2013. Finally, Eloise pursued higher education at the University of Bristol, where they studied Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Eloise obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the university in 2017.
