Harshani Udagama is an experienced legal professional specializing in property development, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Currently serving as an Associate at Cowell Clarke since July 2023, Harshani has a diverse background, including previous roles as an Associate at Andrews & Holm Lawyers and a Solicitor at Metta Legal, where expertise in family law was developed. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Legal Officer in Contract Management at Dialog Axiata PLC and Assistant Manager of Litigation at Nations Trust Bank PLC, where responsibilities spanned contract negotiation and legal representation. Harshani's legal training includes a Master of Laws from UNSW, College of Law courses in Australia, and practical legal training from Sri Lanka Law College, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Colombo.
