Jeffrey Solomon

Jeffrey Solomon is currently serving as Vice Chair at TD Securities and Executive Vice President of TD Bank Group, as well as President of TD Cowen since March 2023. Prior to this role, Solomon has held various leadership positions at Cowen Inc. since November 2009, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and has been a Board Member since 2011. Jeffrey's extensive experience also includes executive roles at Ramius LLC, Republic NY Securities, and Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Solomon contributes as a Board Member for the Partnership for New York City, the Foundation for Jewish Camp, and the UJA-Federation of New York. Solomon earned a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
