Tim Meyer

Tim Meyer is a Private Capital Solutions Leader with a distinguished career in raising private capital for growth companies, achieving over 170 transactions across various stages and capital structures. They served as Managing Director at Marathon Capital from 2013 to 2017, arranging over $1 billion in private capital primarily for the power, renewables, and clean energy sectors. Prior to that, Tim held leadership roles at ING Barings, BMO Capital Markets, SPP Capital Partners, and CRT Capital Group, consistently driving revenue growth and establishing expertise in private placements. Tim is currently the Managing Director of Private Capital Solutions at Cowen Inc., furthering their impact in the industry. They earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
