Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock

Our goal is simple: settlements the size of Texas. With a history of 7-figure and 8-figure settlements, we know we can continue to strive to be the best in the business. And in order to achieve this goal we have learned the importance of evolving throughout the years as attorneys, as referral partners, and as a law firm. This evolution includes the use of high end demonstratives, the continued use of focus groups throughout a case to perfect trial strategy and the visuals used in the courtroom, attending national seminars in order to stay abreast of the latest technology and personal injury topics, expanding our office locations and staff to better serve our clients and referral partners, and sharing our lessons learned along the way with our peers whom we partner with on a daily basis. We handle a variety of personal injury cases from trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, to death or catastrophic injury, oil and gas industry injuries and product liability cases. As a commanding authority in personal injury law, our mission is to deliver the most successful outcome possible for our clients, and the well-informed attorneys who partner with us on their client’s behalf, while acknowledging the personal loss of each of our clients.
