Michael Carter

Michael Carter is an experienced information technology professional with over 24 years in the field, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for Coweta Public Schools since November 2021. Previous roles include Support Manager at Frontline Education and Technical Support Manager at Hayes Software Systems, where expertise in asset management for K-12 schools was gained. A significant portion of Michael's career was spent at San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, where responsibilities included managing a helpdesk team and overseeing network operations for over 4,000 users. Michael also has experience as an owner and technology specialist at MDC Family Computing, managing various technology projects and network systems. Education includes coursework in photography from Southern New Hampshire University.
