Amit Kakde

Amit Kakde is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Discipline for Energy (Green Fuels and CCUS) at COWI North America, starting in September 2024, where leadership focuses on hydrogen production, carbon capture technologies, and sustainable fuels. Prior to this role, Amit held various positions at COWI, including Associate Project Director and Chief Project Manager, and served as Associate Managing Principal at EnviroSolutions & Consulting. With a career spanning over two decades, Amit has also worked as General Manager at SENES Engineering Consultants Oman LLC and has extensive experience as a Project Manager and Environmental Planner. Educational background includes a PG Diploma in Planning from the Center for Environmental Planning & Technology, Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
