Annika Rathje

Annika Rathje is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of People and Organisation at COWI since December 2021, Annika has led significant organizational transformations and partners with senior leaders across various regions. Prior to COWI, Annika held key positions at Svitzer and Maersk Supply Service, demonstrating expertise in HR business partnering, project management, and organizational effectiveness. Annika's educational background includes a Master of Science in Social Sciences in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, further complemented by international studies at Chulalongkorn University.
