Francesca Destefano

Francesca Destefano currently serves as the Head of Section at COWI, overseeing a team of approximately 35 professionals in Project Management, Design Management, and ICT/BIM Management since February 2022. With a strong background in international building projects, Francesca held various roles at Ramboll, including Chief Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer, prior to joining COWI. Francesca's expertise encompasses efficient project management, communication, complex stakeholder management, and financial oversight. Earlier experience includes positions at MT Højgaard and Buro Happold, specializing in structural engineering and design management. Francesca holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
