Lars Mogensen

Lars Mogensen is an experienced engineering professional, currently serving as Head of Engineering for Green Energy - Plants and Production at COWI since January 2024, overseeing a team of approximately 100 engineers and experts focused on the green transition. Prior roles include Market Director for COWI A/S in the Oil & Gas sector from January 2019 to February 2025, and Market Director at Ramboll Oil & Gas from June 2014 to January 2024. Lars has also held positions as General Manager at Core Grouting Services, Head of Department for Oil & Gas at COWI A/S in Qatar, Senior Project Manager at COWI A/S, and Area Sales Manager in the Oil & Gas Division at Logstor. Lars began a career in engineering as a Civil Engineer at Birk og Boe I/S after earning an Ms.C. in Civil Engineering from Aalborg University between 1988 and 1994.
