Reena Singh Justsen

Reena Singh Justsen is an experienced HR professional and legal specialist currently serving as Head of Labour Relations at COWI since April 2017, with previous roles including HR Legal Chief Specialist and team lead in Labour Relations. Prior to COWI, Reena worked at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science as Senior Chief Advisor, focusing on legal compliance and labour regulations from 2008 to 2016. Additionally, positions at IT- og Telestyrelsen, the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and Plantedirektoratet involved telecommunications law, compliance with EU regulations, and legislative responsibilities. Reena holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, earned between September 1995 and July 2001.
