Søren Viegand

Søren Viegand has over 35 years of work experience, primarily in the engineering and consulting industry. Søren started their career at COWI in 1984 as a Project Manager and Project Engineer. Søren then joined Covitecma, S.A. in 1990 as a Project Manager before returning to COWI in 1992 as a Senior Project Manager. In 1996, Søren joined Covitecma as Assistant Director and worked there until 1998. Søren then rejoined COWI in 1999 as the Head of Department, eventually being promoted to Vice President in 2010. Søren currently holds the position of Business Development Director at COWI.

Søren Viegand completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Environmental Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, from 1976 to 1984.
