Stefan Kinze

Stefan Kinze is a seasoned professional in digital innovation and business development, currently serving as the Senior Digital Director for Infrastructure and Senior Technical Director at COWI since February 2024. In addition, Stefan has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Wise Home since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Innovation at Cooling as a Service by Grundfos and Group Director of the Innovation Lab at Grundfos FutureLab. Stefan's extensive career at Grundfos from 2004 to 2024 involved various leadership roles focused on digital solutions, strategic projects, and new business creation. Stefan holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership from Aarhus University, along with multiple executive education courses from prestigious institutions such as MIT and IMD.
