Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor currently serves as the Head of External Affairs for the Lower Thames Crossing at COWI, where responsibilities include developing and executing communications and engagement strategies involving political, community, and statutory engagement. With extensive experience in communications management, Taylor has previously held the role of Senior Communications Manager for the Lower Thames Crossing, as well as positions in Transport for London, including Senior Communications and Engagement Manager and Strategy and Planning Integration Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Policy Officer at the Greater London Authority and Director of Public Relations at Barclaycard, among other roles in public relations and media relations across various organizations. Taylor's educational background includes a degree in European Politics and French.
