Xia Xia

Xia Xia has a diverse work experience in procurement and category management roles. They started their career at Motorola Denmark as a System Engineer, where they gained expertise in transport network and data performance analysis. After that, Xia Xia transitioned to the Maersk Group, where they served as an Enterprise IT Communication Platform Owner, Enterprise IT Telecommunication Architect, Sourcing & Contract Manager, and Category Manager. They managed various IT categories, developed category strategies, and maintained vendor relationships. Xia Xia then joined Novo Nordisk as a Category Manager, responsible for negotiating strategies, category strategies, and supplier relationship management. Currently, they work at COWI as the Head of Indirect Procurement, overseeing procurement operations.

Xia Xia holds an M.Sc degree in Telecommunication from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, earned from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Xia Xia completed a B.Sc in IT at Zhejiang University from 1999 to 2003. Xia Xia also attended HeFei No. 1 high school from 1996 to 1999, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Xia Xia also has additional certifications including Cobit 4.1 Foundation and ITIL® V3 Foundation from ISACA obtained in 2008, as well as CCNP certification from Cisco obtained in July 2007, and CCNA certification from Cisco obtained in July 2004.
