Lucy Oxman

Lucy Oxman is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, administration, and occupational health and safety. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Cowichan Tribes since November 2022, Lucy has previously held roles including Human Resources Administrative Assistant and Acting Occupational Health and Safety Advisor. Prior experience includes Administrative Support at the BC Government and Service Employees Union from January 2017 to November 2022, and a decade-long tenure as a Server at Coast Bastion Hotel. Additionally, Lucy contributed to the Nanaimo Duncan & District Labour Council from 2012 to 2019, serving as Treasurer and Vice President. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vancouver Island University.
