Doug Yost

Doug Yost is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Acquisition and Development at Cowles Real Estate and Vice President at Centennial Properties Inc., roles held since December 2011. In these positions, Doug oversees land and building investment portfolios, major construction projects, and the development of master plans for Centennial, a subsidiary of Cowles Company. Previous experience includes serving as Member Owner at RightPath Investments LLC, where Doug facilitated the management and disposition of real estate assets, and as Owner of Lakeland Development, involved in the development of over 150 residential homes and various projects from 1990 to 2011. Doug's career also includes a tenure as Vice President and Senior Investment Manager at Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, responsible for real estate investment management in the Pacific Northwest. Doug holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business and an MBA in Finance and Marketing with Honors from The Ohio State University.
