Rita Koefod is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications, and Branding at Cowles Real Estate since September 2019, Rita has previously held significant positions such as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Simon Property Group for Northgate Mall, and Director of Development at both Safe Crossings Foundation and Northwest Children's Home, Inc. With a strong educational foundation including a B.S. and B.A. in International Business and French from Northwest Missouri State University, Rita has demonstrated expertise in driving marketing strategies and fostering community engagement throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
