Marcio Mansilha

Marcio Mansilha has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marcio began their career at Amadeo Rossi in 1997, working in exportation. Marcio then moved to AmBev, where they served as a Logistics Supervisor from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they joined Polo Electro as a Sales Manager until 2002, when they transitioned to Neoform embalagens inteligentes / FormPlast Laminados Decorativos as a Logistics Supervisor. In 2003, they returned to Polo Electro, this time as the Executive Director, a position they held until 2015. Marcio then worked as a Substitute Professor of Production Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, they joined Antonio Meneghetti Faculdade as a Professor of Business Administration. Currently, they are the CFO at COWMED, a role they assumed in February 2020. Additionally, they have experience as a Logistics Manager at Moinho Santa Maria starting from March 2021.

Marcio Mansilha has an extensive education history. Marcio completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Comercio Exterior at Unisinos from 1994 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finanças from 2000 to 2002.

Continuing their academic journey, Mansilha went on to join the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. There, they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engenharia de Produção from 2014 to 2015. Subsequently, they completed their PhD in Electrical Engineering / Doutorado em Engenharia Elétrica with a specialization in Optimization Methods / Métodos de Otimização from 2015 to 2020.

Additionally, Mansilha has recently returned to the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria to pursue further education. Marcio is currently studying for a Especialização Estatística e Modelagem Quantitativa, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
