Druhan B.

Druhan B.'s work experience includes a role as an Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis at CoWrks starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Smartworks from March 2020 to June 2022, first as a Business Analyst - Strategy and Expansions and then as a Senior Business Analyst - Strategy and Expansions. In these roles, they were responsible for ERP Implementation, gathering requirements and analyzing risks, managing data structure and portfolio audits, and serving as a liaison between the Technology and Sales departments. Before joining Smartworks, Druhan B. worked at Novel Office US as a Business Analyst (Sales and Acquisitions) from April 2019 to March 2020, where they conducted market research and analysis, managed data in CRM, performed financial statement and cost-benefit analysis, and handled Argus software. Druhan also has experience as a Business Analyst at National Australian Institute of Technology Pty Ltd from September 2017 to January 2018, where they conducted requirements gathering and analysis, worked on web module development, followed Agile Methodology, and created documentation and monitoring resources. Druhan B.'s earliest work experience was as a Business Systems Analyst at Be and Live Yoga from July 2015 to February 2016, where they focused on documentation, SQL development, and designing the CMS for the organization.

Druhan B. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Systems from Monash University from 2013 to 2016. Druhan then pursued a Certificate IV in Business (BSB40215) at Navitas from 2017 to 2018. Following this, they attended Swinburne University of Technology from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Druhan B. has also acquired several certifications. Druhan became a Certified Trainer in Data Analytics and Visualization from COWRKS in March 2023. Druhan achieved certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI through LinkedIn in December 2021. In September 2017, they obtained certification as a Pearson VUE Certified Test Administrator from Pearson VUE. Additionally, they hold a certification in C, Data Structure from CMC Academy - India, earned in June 2013. Lastly, in September 2008, they participated as a Delegate of Panama in the Indian Model United Nations.
