Ziba Goddard is the CEO of Cowry Consulting, a new Behavioural Finance & Economics Consultancy focused on the Financial Sector. They have extensive experience in various roles such as Deputy CEO, Chief Consulting Officer, Head of Core Consulting, and Choice Architect within the company. Prior to Cowry Consulting, they worked as a Project Manager at Tesco PLC and as an HR Consultant at BNY Mellon. Additionally, their background includes experience as a Senior Administrator in HR at BNY Mellon and as a Recruitment Consultant at Aldrich & Company, where they specialized in placing high calibre candidates within the financial sector. Ziba studied Clinical and Public Health Aspects of Addiction at King's College London and Experimental Psychology at the University of Bristol.
