Divine Bawa has held various positions in the technology industry since 2014. In 2014, they were the Vice President Logistics Recruitment Committee at AIESEC, where they provided Logistical Support to the Team, anticipated logistical needs of all sub committee teams, and estimated and drew logistics financial budget. In 2015, they were an Intern at NCR Corporation, where they provided technical support to customers, and responded to hardware and software issues faced by NCR customers in the field. From 2016 to 2019, they held various positions at PayHub Ghana Limited, starting as a Software Developer, then becoming the Software Development Lead. In this role, they designed and developed clean and efficient APIs, Web and Mobile applications to meet company needs, identified and successfully integrated with third-party digital service providers, and proposed, designed and built a self-service web portal for accessing select services for corporate clients. In 2019, Divine Bawa joined Cowtribe Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer, where they delivered crucial IT projects on schedule and under budget bringing in over $1M in investments and grants, led in the development and piloting of a veterinary products supply-chain logistics and fulfilment platform, proposed and championed the adoption of the commercialization of software platforms as an additional source of revenue through the introduction of a SaaS model, prepared and managed project documentation and engineering budgets, developed a three-year technical directional strategy and product roadmap, and led in the delivery of a flagship product. Divine also held the position of Head of Information Technology at Cowtribe Inc., where they designed and developed efficient APIs for multiple offline-capable front-facing applications, successfully integrated with third-party payment service providers, and proposed, built and administered AWS cloud infrastructure to support all applications and services.

Divine Bawa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ghana between 2012 and 2016.
